During the organization’s recent annual general meeting, two-thirds of members voted in favour of re-branding the name to Beef Farmers of Ontario.
This was the second vote to change the OCA’s name in five years.
Changing the name will allow the group to align with other livestock organizations like the Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
